If you purchased a ClickWhale annual license, an auto-renewal is set by default. You will receive an email reminder a week before your upcoming payment.
If you’d prefer to cancel your subscription, start by logging into your Freemius account.
After you log in, click the Renewals & Billing in the sidebar menu. Then select your ClickWhale subscription, and your subscription information will appear on the right side of your screen, click the Cancel Auto-Renew link.

Remember that once your license expires, you will lose the following benefits:
Price Lock: The price at which you initially purchase ClickWhale Pro will remain the same, even if prices increase.
Automatic Renewal: You won’t have to worry about forgetting to renew your license.
Continuous Updates: You will always have access to the latest updates.
