Upgrading your license to include more sites or switch from an annual subscription to a lifetime license is easy. The good thing is, no settings and customization made previously will be lost.
Upgrade options are available in your account area or on the pricing page. Here’s how:
Option 1: Upgrade Through Your Account #
Start by visiting the Account page and clicking the “Click here to Login Now” button. A new page will open in a new tab with the Freemius login form. Log in your email address and password to sign in to your dashboard.
Within your customer account, navigate to ‘Licenses’ and select the row corresponding to the license you wish to upgrade.
A form with the information of your current plan will appear on the right side. Click on the ‘Upgrade to’ dropdown menu and select either 3 sites or 10 sites, depending on the number of sites you will be using the license for. This will open the checkout modal form.
Within the checkout modal, select either an annual or lifetime license, and the appropriate discount will be applied automatically.
Lastly, enter your billing information, review your order, and complete the checkout process.
Option 2: Upgrade Through Pricing Page #
Start by visiting the Pricing page. Toggle between yearly and lifetime options to choose the type of license you want. Click the ‘Get Started‘ button under your desired tier to open the checkout modal.
In the checkout modal, click the link labeled ‘Enter license key‘.
A text field will appear. Enter your license key and click ‘Apply’. The appropriate discount will be applied automatically.
Finally, enter your billing information, review your order, and complete the checkout process.
