When you purchase a ClickWhale license, you receive a license key valid for one year from the purchase date. Subscribing to ClickWhale Pro enrolls you in an annual subscription, similar to other premium WordPress plugins. Your data will always remain accessible.
What happens if my license expires? #
Once your license expires, the plugin will keep on working as it is at that time. But, you will no longer receive new plugin updates or be eligible for priority support over email.
For example, if you’re using ClickWhale’s latest version and your premium subscription expires today, you can still utilize all features. However, the next month a new version comes out, and you find features that you like, you have to renew your license to be able to update and use the new features and access to every other update released over the coming year and priority support.
You can renew your license at any point after your license expires.
Does ClickWhale offer a lifetime license? #

How to renew my license? #
If your license key is about to expire, you will receive an email reminder together with a URL that has instructions on how to renew your license.
If in any case, you do not receive the email or lose it, you can log into your Freemius account and renew your license there. Simply click the ‘Licenses’ in the sidebar menu. Select the subscription that you want to renew and click ‘Renew’ in your subscription information on the right side of your screen.
Complete the renewal process by entering your billing information, review your order, and complete the checkout process.
