ClickWhale Pro operates on an annual subscription model, similar to many popular premium WordPress plugins. Even if your license expires, your data remains fully accessible, ensuring uninterrupted access to your existing links, stats, and settings
You can renew your ClickWhale Pro license at any time after it expires to regain access to updates and priority support.
How to renew my license? #
If your ClickWhale Pro license key is nearing its expiration date, you’ll receive an email reminder with a direct link and step-by-step instructions on how to renew your license.
If you don’t receive the renewal email or accidentally delete it, you can still renew your ClickWhale Pro license by logging into your Freemius account.
Once logged in, click on “Licenses” in the sidebar menu. Locate the subscription you want to renew, then click the “Renew” button in the subscription details on the right side of the screen.
Complete the renewal process by entering your billing information, review your order, and complete the checkout process.
What happens if my license expires? #
Once your ClickWhale Pro license expires, the plugin will continue to function with its existing features. However, you will no longer receive plugin updates or have access to priority email support until the license is renewed.
For example, if you’re using the latest version of ClickWhale Pro and your premium subscription expires today, you’ll still retain access to all current features.
